Accessing S3C's Content
Some of S3C's content requires plug-ins to view PDF files and play video files. Click Plug-ins and Video Tips to get links to free plug-ins and troubleshooting tips. We tested S3C using the Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) browser, version 4.0 and greater.

Using S3C's Email Links
The following will affect whether you can use S3C's email links:
- the computer you are using (UST computer or other)
- the browser you are using (IE or NN)
- the browser's mail preferences (recognizing the sender)
************************************************
When using IE from a computer in a UST computer lab, email hyperlinks will automatically open the Outlook mail program. From there, enter your (UST) password and send your message.
When using NN from a computer in a UST computer lab, you will not be able to send emails from S3C.
If your home computer is configured to recognize you and your mail preferences, you will be able to Click/Select email hyperlinks from S3C within NN and IE. (If you need help setting up your mail preferences, please call the Tech Desk at 651-962-6230.)
