Chat rooms 1 through 4 are logged so that you can hold on-line tutorial sessions or gauge participation in assigned discussion topics. You, as the instructor, can capture a transcript of the conversation, either for later perusal, or for students who were not able to attend. If you press on the Room Logs button you will see the following in the lower frame:  Figure 1 Room Logs toolbar Click on the room for which you would like to view the log. If a log is available, it will be displayed in the top frame. If no log is available a javascript warning will pop up. When viewing a log, you have the option of deleting it by pressing on the Clear Log button in the top frame. |
